Refund policy

D&K is happy to offer returns and exchanges on online purchases within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.  Returns that arrive back to us beyond the 14 day window after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.

Damages or missing items may result in a fee.

Any merchandise returned without an R.A. number will be denied.

R.A. number will be given on approved returns or exchanges.

Return shipping charges will be waived both ways for items being exchanged.

Initial shipping and return shipping charges are non refundable on items that are returned for a refund. 

Charges will be deducted from allowable refund amount.

If your item had free shipping initially, but is returned for a refund, the applicable amount for initial shipping and return shipping will be deducted from allowable refund amount.
